Portion of levies are paid by the Homeowners to Legends Lifestyle for use of gym facilities; however, should a homeowner rent their property they may cede their rights to their tents to make use of the facilities at Legends LifeStyle.

House/ dog sitters: written request providing full names, copy of Identity Document together with arrival & departure dates. (3 days prior)

Aupairs: person to call at the Administration office with written consent from the Resident together with a copy of their Identity Document and R100.00.

Contractors: call at the Admin office with copies of Identity Documents of all staff entering the Estate. (N.B R30.00 access fee per day).

Domestic Staff: access application must be signed by resident indicating days of access and presented by domestic to the Administration office with proof of Identity Document and R100.00.

Visitors staying for extended period:  written request providing full names, copy of Identity Document together with arrival & departure dates. (a Temporary access permit will be drawn up)
